All parts must be checked for suitability prior to installation. Fitted or prepared goods are not eligible for return or credit.

Euro One Auto Parts is not responsible for any labor or ancillary costs incurred during the installation or removal of parts.
Return of Goods
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Credit Returns Handling Fee: All credit returns are subject to a 15% handling fee. However, if the item is found to be faulty, the handling fee will not apply.

Invoice Requirement: The original invoice number must be quoted for any return or refund requests.

Return Window: Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods will not be accepted after this period. If the product is faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Electrical Goods: No credits or refunds will be issued for electrical parts.

Special Order Parts: Parts specifically ordered for your requirements are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Process

Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
